Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-011113-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and JOSE ORTEGA, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 2613 OF MILLENNIUM COVE A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8886, PAGE 2027, WHICH WAS AMENDED BY THAT FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM , AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9139, PAGE 555, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 15th day of July, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
