MILES; FADRA JAMES TRUSTEE OF THE FERN PINE DR. LAND TRUST; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE FERN PINE DR. LAND TRUST; ROSE POINT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE N/K/A CHARLES JOHNSON, and JANE DOE N/K/A EDNA JOHNSON are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 06/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
