YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the above-captioned legal action has been instituted by the Plaintiff MUTUAL OF OMAHA BANK, as Transferee of the assets of MARCO COMMUNITY BANK from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, to foreclose a Mortgage dated December 13, 2004 and recorded in Official Records Book 2606, Page 1388 of the Official Records of Charlotte County, Florida (the “Mortgage”), encumbering real property in Charlotte County, Florida, more specifically described as:
Lot 10, Block 335, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 21, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5 at Pages 12A through 12G, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Having an address of 2102 Tinker Street, Port Charlotte, FL 33948.
You are required to serve a copy of your response, and written defenses, if any, to it on ROBERT A. DEMARCO, ESQ., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3080 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, within 30 days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
