NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10003217CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and ARTHUR B. CASLER A/K/A ARTHUR CASLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARTHUR B. CASLER A/K/A ARTHUR CASLER IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; OAK FORREST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).

NOW KNOWN AS UNIT M-108, OAK FORREST, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1014, PAGE 424, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY, PLOT PLAN AND GRAPHIC
DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 48A THROUGH 48C, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS DESCRIVED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
