Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
Lot 2, Block 789, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 23, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 2A through 2Z41, in the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida. The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest biddder for cash on, May 17, 2013 at 11:00, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
