Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Collier County, Florida, will on May 6, 2013, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., in the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida.:
Unit Week No. 34 in Condominium Parcel Number 907; Unit Week No. 30 in Condominium Parcel Number 204; and Unit Week No. 24 in Condominium Parcel Number 2109 of Eagles Nest On Marco Beach, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 976, at Page 600-682, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all Amendment(s) thereto, if any.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
