NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-001440, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JESSICA M. HORNING A/K/A JESSICA WINTERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RYAN E. HORNING N/K/A CHRISTINA HORNING; FLAMINGO ESTATES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; JUDAH HORNING BY AND THROUGH HIS MOTHER AND NATURAL LEGAL GUARDIAN JESSICA M. HORNING A/K/A JESSICA WINTERS; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A TAYLOR MULLIGAN, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the THIRD FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Civil Division, Collier County Courthouse; 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK G, FLAMINGO ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 34 AND 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
