NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 08, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-004547 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and COVENANT PROPERTY INVESTMENTS 1, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY WALTER OTIS FREEMAN; FIFTH THIRD BANK (SOUTH FLORIDA); are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 24, LESS THE EAST 10 FEET THEREOF AND ALL OF LOT 25, BLOCK B, WHISPERING PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
