notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-002323 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the third floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 6 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 44, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 194, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1031 SW 21ST STREET, NAPLES, FL 34117
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
