NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 8 day of April, 2013, in Civil Action No. 12-CA-003717, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which RICHARD J. JALAS, is the Defendant, and NAPLES BAY CLUB, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 6 day of May, 2013, the following described real and personal property set forth in the Final Judgment in Collier County, Florida:
Apartment No. 538, NAPLES BAY CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 680, Pages 1022 through 1086, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended, together with all appurtenances to the apartment.
Any person claiming an interest in the funds remaining after the sale, if any, must file a claim with the clerk No later than 60 days after this sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
