BOOK 1803, PAGES 1625 THROUGH 1702, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
commonly known as 8015 TIGER COVE 208, NAPLES, FL 34113 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Alicia R. Whiting-Bozich of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiffs attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, within 30 days from the first date of publication and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
