NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 5, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-003687 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6 day of May, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 14-4, Gleneagles IV, a Condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provision of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1523, Pages 685 through 792, inclusive, as amended and restated in OR Book 1936, Page 2246, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
