NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1202686CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and GEORGE KOTCH A/K/A GEORGE T. KOTCH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor lobby area of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 109, FOXMOOR OF FOXFIRE CONDOMINIUM II, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1112, AT PAGES 56 THROUGH 135, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
