NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-04001 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for MASTR ARM TRUST 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Ana Garro, Laguna Bay Condominium Association, Inc., Tenant #1 , Tenant #2, The Unknown Spouse of Ana Garro, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 34-207, IN BUILDING NO. 2734, OF LAGUNA BAY CONDOMINIUM , TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4034, PAGE 2081, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
