NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007442 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Maria Reyes, Juan Torres, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 97, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 531 18TH AVE. NE, NAPLES, FL 34120
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
