NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-06938 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Cynthia J. Crouse a/k/a Cynthia Crouse, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 94, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO.13, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 71 AND 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 171 6TH ST., SE, NAPLES, FL 34117-9346
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
