NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004198, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR7 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and DAVID CARPINO AS ANCILLARY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF BARBARA J. DOCK, DECEASED; DAVID R. CARPINO AS NOMINATED TRUSTEE CREATED THROUGH THE LAST WILL AND TESTMENT OF BARBARA J. DOCK, DATED DECEMBER 2, 2010; KELLY J. CARPINO; DENISE E. DOCK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SANTA BARBARA LANDINGS PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE LOBBY ON THE THIRD floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3969, PAGE 1537, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER, COUNTY FLORIDA, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
