YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the cause is pending under docket number 13-CA-0165, the Honorable Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will offer for sale at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lobby, 3rd Floor of the Annex Building of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Collier County, Florida, on the 8th day of May, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., the following real property:
Parcel 1: Lots 31, 32, 33 and 34, Block “B”, Naples Gardens, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 13, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Parcel 2: Lots 1-5 and the east 1/2 of Lot 6, Block “B”, Naples Gardens, a subdivision of Collier County, Florida recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 13, Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
