NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 3, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-001416 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and DAVID J. HEIM, JR.; KIMBERLY THOMAS A/K/A KIMBERLY HEIM; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; FOREST CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 3rd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
