NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 006716 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a/k/a Wachovia Mortgage, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., f/k/a Wachovia Mortgage, FSB f/k/a World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and James R. Vance, SunTrust Bank, Tenant #1 n/k/a Jim Novaky, The Glens Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 7th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
