NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 004757 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and CHERYL A. DOSS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 65, GULF VIEW SECTION OF VENICE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 77 AND 77A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
