NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Motion to Vacate the Foreclosure Sale held on January 14, 2013, Vacate the Certificate of Sale issued on January 14, 2013 and if already issued Vacate the Certificate of Title and Reset Sale dated the 29th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007481 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NA is the Plaintiff and DIANA O COMEAU A/K/A DIANA O DELGADO, DAVID JOHN COMEAU and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 2nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1354, SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT NO. 12, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 42 PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
