UNIT 2261, BUILDING 7, TERRACES OF FOREST LAKES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY, PLOT PLAN AND GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK II, PAGE 50 THROUGH 50E, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF FORREST LAKES CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1279, PAGE 1281 THROUGH 1324, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND THE THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
