YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action seeking to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Scott Silver, Esq., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent & Carrere, L.L.P., 201 South Biscayne Blvd., Suite 2600, Miami, FL 33131 on or before May 20th, 2013 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
Lots 1-6, Elmstreet Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 13, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Together with a 1/6 interest in the private road known as Elmstreet Court.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
