NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 3, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-018180 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and TRIANO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. LISA ERVIN; MARTIN J. ERVIN; MARK J. MCCONNELL; DIANE T. MCCONNELL; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 16 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 709, TRIANO, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2004193068, AS AMENDED; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 16, AS AMENDED, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
