NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-017491-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and RICHARD L. REYNOLDS; DEBORAH A. REYNOLDS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 12 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

TOGETHER WITH EASEMENT AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1273, PAGE 2050, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
