UNIT NO. 2612-C, HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1368, PAGES 1482 THROUGH 1546, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED AND AS SHOWN BY THE PLOT PLANS OF THE CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 16 THROUGH 16-H, INCLUSIVE, AND AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on DOUGLAS C. ZAHM, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 12425 28th Street North, Suite 200, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, on or before May 20 2013 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 2000 Main Street, Sarasota FL 34237, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
