NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2013, and entered in the above-styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the sale shall be held at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9 A.M. on May 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Commence at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Sorrento Ranches Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 26, pages 50 and 50A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, for a Point of Beginning; thence South 89° 55'45” West, along the Northerly right of way line of Sorrento Ranches Drive (70 foot R/W), a distnace of 415.68 feet to the Westerly right of way line of Old Albee Farm Road, thence North 00° 51'45” East, a distance of 415.89 feet to the Westerly boundary line of said Lot 1, Sorrento Ranches Subdivision, thence South 00° 45'56” East, along said lot line, a distance of 133.33 feet to the point of Beginning, all lying in and being a part of Section 32, Township 38 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida.
