NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007112 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-HE1 TRUST, ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 HE1, is the Plaintiff and JOHNNIE MAE BING A/K/A JOHNNIE M. BING A/K/A JOHNNIE BING; KINGSTON HERREY A/K/A HERREY KINGSTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KINGSTON HERREY A/K/A HERREY KINGSTON; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on MAY 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 54, LOCKWOOD MEADOWS, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 26, 26A THROUGH 26E, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF SARASOTA, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
