NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 009565 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4, is the Plaintiff and JEFF D. MORRIS A/K/A JEFF MORRIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFF D. MORRIS N/K/A JEFF MORRIS; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A KATHY CLARIUS; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 N/K/A ARLO GIBBS are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on MAY 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 410, 9TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 21, 21A THROUGH 21S, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
