Bank of America, N.A, Plaintiff and SANDRA D. MAUS A/K/A DAWN MAUS; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth herein after, by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on May 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
