NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 009364 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CATHY M. KAVEJON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, AND THE NORTHERLY 35 FEET OF LOT 7, FLORA VILLA SUBDIVISION, BLOCK 19, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
