NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 18, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-008206-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Frank W. Larder a/k/a Frank Larder and Margaret M. Larder a/k/a Margaret Larder, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on May 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

BEING A PORTION OF LOTS 26, 27, AND 28, BLOCK 10, REVISED PLAT OF LONGBOAT SHORES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; SUBJECT TO A 10-FOOT ACCESS EASEMENT ALONG THE NORTH 10 FEET OF THE WEST 90 FEET THEREOF.
