NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 01, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008263 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and PHUONG NGUYEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 1708, 36TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16 at Pages 3, 3A through 3M of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
