NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated , entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 010126 NC (A) of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and LINDSEY A. BENZELL AKA LINDSAY A. BENZELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDSEY A. BENZELL AKA LINDSAY A. BENZELL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 10, BLOCK F, GROVELAWN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
