Notice is hereby given that on May 16, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Karen Rushing, Clerk of the Sarasota Circuit Court, will offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Sarasota County, Florida, as follows:
A parcel in the East half (1/2) of Lot 4, Block H, PLAT OF ENGLEWOOD, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 130 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida and Plat Book A, Page 29S of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southeast corner of Lot 4, Block H; Go West along the South lot line of said Lot 4 to a Point 10 feet West of the said Southeast corner of Lot 4 for a Point of Beginning; thence go West along said South lot line of Lot 4, 100 feet to a point on the South Lot line; thence North at an angle of 90 degrees in a straight line to a point on the North lot line of said Lot 4; thence East along the North line of said Lot 4, 100 feet; thence South at an angle of 90 degrees in a straight line to the Point of Beginning.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 11, 2013, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
