NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-013559 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH11, Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. SAFET DRNDAR; EMINA DRNDAR; SUMMERSIDE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 16 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 4B, SUMMERSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1731, PAGE 1879 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 23, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
