Lot 2, Block 042, LONGLEAF NEIGHBORHOOD THREE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 56, Pages 127 - 150, inclusive, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Commonly known as 3609 Lonzalo Way, New Port Richey, FL 34655.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash on MAY 6, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. ET at www.pasco.realforeclose.com.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
