Kyle a/k/a Donna Kyle; Daniel S. Kyle a/k/a Daniel Kyle; Bank of America, N.A.; Ford Motor Credit Company LLC; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com , beginning at 9:00 AM on the 5 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 6162, UNIT 98, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 107 TO 121, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
