NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 8 day of April, 2013, in Civil Action No. 11-CA-053372, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in ALICO LAND PLANNING, LLC, RICHARD LETENDRE, KENNETH V. POOLE, JR., FORMOSA 129 INDUSTRIAL PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., and LEE ROAD EXTENSION ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, is the Plaintiff, Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 9 day of May, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
The Real Property described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto.
EXHIBIT “A”
A tract or parcel of land lying in Section 4, Township 46 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida, said tract or parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the South Quarter Corner of said Section 4 run N00Ëš58'54” along the North-South Quarter Section line for 100.01 feet to an intersection with the Northerly right of way line of Alico Road, as described in an Order of Taking, recorded in Official Records Book 3208, Page 357, Lee County Records; thence run the following two courses along said Northerly right of way line; N89Ëš39'13”E for 1.19 feet; and N89Ëš44'42”E for 226.21 feet; thence run N00Ëš58'54”W parallel to said North-South Quarter section line for 2,4017.18 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
From said Point of Beginning run N00Ëš58'54”W parallel to said North-South Quarter Section line for 480.97 feet to an intersection with the Southerly line of a Roadway, Utility and Drainage Easement, as described in deed recorded in Official Record Book 4512, Page 3861, Lee County Records; thence run N89Ëš42'04”E along said Southerly line for 540.94 feet; thence run S00Ëš17'56”E for 474.56 feet; thence run S89Ëš01'06”W for 535.24 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Bearings hereinabove mentioned are State Plans for the Florida West Zone (1983/99 adjustment) and are based on the South line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section 4 to bear S89Ëš44'42”W.
Together with a roadway easement for ingress and egress over and across that parcel of land described in Exhibit “E” to First Amendment and Restatement of Declaration of Master Covenants and Restrictions for Lee Road Extension Association, Inc. recorded in O.R. Book 4512, Page 3861, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Together with a Drainage Easement over the Land described in Exhibit “B” of the Drainage Easement recorded under Instrument Number 2008000051422, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
