BOBO A/K/A JEROME BOBO A/K/A JEAN JEROME BOBO A/K/A JEAN J. BOBO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CASSANDRA ROSALES; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MAGDALENA ROSALES are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on , May 8, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 57, UNIT 7, SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
