NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 5, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012- CA-056002 of the 20th Judicial Circuit in Fort Myers, Lee County, Florida, Linda Doggett, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. EST on the 8 day of May, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18 AND 19, IN BLOCK 6015, OF UNIT 95, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, AT PAGE 40-44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
