NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 5 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-56635, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and OURDY CASTOR, ELISMENE A. CASTOR and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 5 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF LOT 7, ALL OF LOT 8, BLOCK 30, PALMLEE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
