NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-057272, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and FREDERICK H. JOHNSON; LYNNE M. JOHNSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JASMINE POINTE AT COLONIAL SECTION III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JASMINE POINTE AT COLONIAL RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; COLONIAL COUNTRY CLUB OF LEE COUNTY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. . BOOK 4594, PAGE 713, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4610, PAGE 4286, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4624, PAGE 4036, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4624, PAGE 4038, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
