NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-055275 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Silvia M. Vazquez; Leonardo Vazquez; Mystic Gardens Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 3rd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 1501, BUILDING 5315, OF MYSTIC GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT # 2006000041352, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
