NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-ca-057218 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and Kimberly S. Lynch; Robert J. Lynch, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 4 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, RUN NORTHERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION 5 FOR 33 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE COUNTY ROAD KNOWN AS PONDELLA ROAD; THENCE RUN WESTERLY ALONG SAID NORTH LINE PARALLEL TO AND 33 FEET FROM THE CENTER LINE OF SAID ROAD FOR 2370 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH ALONG A PERPENDICULAR LINE TO SAID ROAD FOR 1363 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREBY CONVEYED.
