As Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-PR4 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Rick Warren; Southwest Innovations, Inc., a Florida Corporation; United Equipment Rentals Gulf, L.P. d/b/a United Rentals, Inc.; McCoy Corporation; Tenant #1 also known as Lori Dzialo, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 2 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
