NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-ca-050528 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, is the Plaintiff and John Raymond Tatu, as Trustee under the provisions of a trust agreement dated the 29th day of July, 1994, known as the John Raymond Tatu Revocable Living Trust, Avis Plumbing & Air Conditioning, Inc., Gullwing Apartment Condominium, Inc., John Raymond Tatu, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the John Raymond Tatu Revocable Living Trust, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 3 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 214, OF GULLWING APARTMENT CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 902, AT PAGE 481, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
