Serappa, Samuel M. Serappa, Regency Court Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 6 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
