NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 9 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-052522, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ROSS COHL, RIVERSIDE BANK OF THE GULF COAST and CRISTINA COHL IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 9 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17 & 18, MARIANA PARK 2ND ADDITION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 37, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 80.00 FEET OF LOT 18, MARIANA PARK 2ND ADDITIONAL AS SHOWN IN PLAT BOOK10, PAGE 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE WEST 30' OF LOT 17 IS SUBJECT TO A ROAD AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT. THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 18 IS SUBJECT TO A ROAD AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
